The Blame Game Benefits No One
The recent spike in COVID-19 cases sparked off a series of rage, disappointment and more restrictions. It felt like we were 2 steps forward and 3 steps backwards. It is frustrating and yet a very teachable moment. COVID-19 is far from over, the responsibility lies in everyone of us and the blame game benefits no one.
In less than 48 hours things have taken a different direction and we are heading into another heightened alert (phase 2) for the next 4 weeks. The roller coaster ride seems never ending. At the same time because this is not exactly a new situation, we know what needs to be done. What we choose to focus on is crucial.
Where attention goes, energy flows!
Choose to see this moment to reset yourself. Focus what you have - practice being grateful is very important. There are many ways to see things differently.
More important than ever, we have to stay grounded during this time of uncertainty.

Here are 7 ways you can explore:
1. Surround yourself with positive reinforcement
2. Learn to speak up - It's OK to be not OK
3. Willing to see the unchangeable change
4. Acknowledge what's within your control and what's not
5. Practice gratitude - we can still go out
6. Keep to a regular routine
7. Practice - music, yoga, arts & craft, learn a new skill

Stay safe and be well!
