The One Thing You MUST Do To Break The Vicious Cycle
I didn't want to wake up at 5.30am this morning. I did.
I didn't feel like getting on the mat. I did.
I didn't want to do the work I was supposed to do. I did.
I didn't want to workout at 5pm today. I did.
I didn't want to write this post. I did.
Today I learned to overcome these small 'battles' with my mind.
I learned that I need to start honouring my promises to myself.
I learned to do the important work and make them non-negotiable.
I am glad I did what I didn't want to do.
Don't let the (bad) habits become the reason why you don't get to your dreams.
It is your responsibility and no one else's.
Celebrate the small wins everyday.
Soon they will add up and make an impact.
